2. Services

EB Technologies provides IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, server management, VoIP telephony, workstation supply and setup, backup and disaster recovery, and general IT support services.

All services are provided under a separate written Service Level Agreement (SLA) or service contract agreed between EB Services Ltd and the client prior to commencement of work. No binding service obligation exists until a formal agreement is signed.

3. Website Use

Our liability in relation to services provided is strictly governed by and limited to the terms of the signed Service Level Agreement with each individual client.

5. Service Responsibility

EB Technologies acts as a proactive IT partner, providing managed IT services as defined in each client's individual service agreement. Our responsibilities are limited to:

• Systems and infrastructure explicitly covered under the signed service agreement
• Actions taken within our scope of work as defined per contract
• Issues reported within agreed response times under the applicable SLA

EB Technologies is not responsible for systems, software, or infrastructure not covered under a signed agreement, nor for issues caused by third-party vendors, client personnel, or events outside our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of EB Services Ltd and is protected by Maltese and EU intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
